Group Functional Training

Train with like-minded, supportive folks while learning how to to move properly and efficiently as you build strength, endurance, and confidence. Warmup and training movements are thoroughly explained and demonstrated prior to each session to guarantee full understanding and safe execution of the workout.

Group Functional Schedule: M, W, F at 5:30am; M at 6pm; W at 6:30pm, and Saturday at 10am.

Open Gym/Active Recovery

During open gym time, the facility is open to individuals to utilize the gym space and equipment as wanted. You can take advantage of this time to complete the Get A Grip flexibility, stability, and mobility training or even attempt one of the standardized workouts to test your current fitness level!

Double Overtime

Double Overtime is an advanced class for those interested in improving their endurance. Double OT is designed to provide extended exertion for intermediate to advanced athletes looking to push themselves outside of the usual 60 minute class. Push your fitness level for 120 minutes during Double OT, or get in 180 minutes by attending Saturday’s 10am Group Functional Training prior!

$15 per drop in or sign up for a membership solution for further savings!

Double Overtime Schedule: Third Saturday of most months from 11am-1pm

Individualized Training Sessions

Skip the crowd and schedule a time for a one on one consultation and training with one of our trained professionals. We'll work with you to develop a personalized plan to ensure you achieve the success that you deserve! You'll cross the finish line of your fitness goal before you know it, and we'll be there to help you surpass the next one, as well!

$60 per single drop in or purchase a punch card for even more savings!

Wonder Women

Ladies! Join us for a fantastic women’s-only class led by our NASM certified personal trainer Kaily Calsyn. During the 60-minute boot camp class that caters to all ages (9+), abilities and fitness levels, Kaily will lead you through a dynamic warmup, exhilarating training, then a relaxing cool down.

Sweat & Sway

An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of current dance and performed to popular and relevant American dance music. By the end of the session, you’ll have had so much fun, you won’t even realize that you just got a great workout in!

Sweat & Sway included w/ Grip membership, or $10 per drop in, or purchase the 10-class pass for additional savings!

Obstacle Fury

Who’s ready to get proficient and learn the pro tips and training methods to set you up for success at any and all obstacle course races?

Obstacle Fury is designed to do just that. We’ll teach you how to conquer 30+ obstacles and combos with various techniques and most importantly, how to beat obstacles when you’re fatigued.

Obstacle Fury class occurs the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month from 9-10am.

Team Performance Training

Do you know a team or group of young athletes (ages 9+) that have a competitive fire that needs to be fueled? Now, more than ever, our kids need an exhilarating and skill-based outlet…

Training with others in a group setting is a proven method of improving performance and increasing adherence to a fitness program. We offer team packages in 4 or 8-week blocks, with options for once, twice, or three times per week within each block.

Gather your travel or recreational team and sign up for some unique training that will provide you with a solid foundation for success in 2023 and beyond!

Yoga

Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Yoga is an excellent way to build strength and flexibility while learning the self-control to properly relax and breathe.
